Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Analyze, calculate and maintain record title ownership and division of interest utilizing title opinions, leases, deeds, probate proceedings, curative, etc.
Establish, update and maintain joint interest billing and revenue division of interests.
Verify company interest and third party division orders.
Assist with acquisition, divestiture, due diligence, internal/external audits, data conversion and other special projects.
Professionally respond to royalty owner inquiries through phone, written or electronic communication.
Proactively seek to develop and improve skillset through rotational assignments, education, training, and mentoring.
Seek opportunities to innovate, continuously improve processes and look for efficiencies.
Collaborate with Land Operations, Legal, Finance & Accounting, and other departments to ensure "one team" success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required (Energy Management, Energy Commerce, Accounting majors preferred).
8 years of total Land experience required. Candidates with experience in closely related fields such as Land Professionals, Lease Analysts, and Title Attorneys will also be considered.
At least 4 years working as a Division Order Analyst at an oil and gas exploration and production company required.
Oklahoma experience is a plus.
