Job Title: QA Test Technician -Location: Houston, TX -One of our clients in Houston is looking for a QA Test Technician. This candidate must have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. - -

• Ability to work independently on requested tasks, and to effectively hand off tasks to other team members if necessary, based on shifting priorities
• Ability to effectively respond to changing priorities based on guidance from the Staging QA Manager and/or Director of Quality
• Ability to teach or be taught depending on the specific skill and knowledge set in demand for any given project
• Software based asset & inventory management
  • Technical - Software-focused skills -
    • WASP Inventory software
    • Complex network environments (mixed Windows and Linux)
    • Linux OS
    • Windows OS (embedded, desktop, and server)
    • Scripting
    • Software development, coding, review
    • Configuration management
    • Code review and evaluation
    • Troubleshooting
