Overview:Huitt-Zollars' Downtown Houston, Texas office has an immediate opportunity for a full time BIM Technician with at least 1 one year of experience with AutoCAD REVIT. Produce architectural BIM Models for various projects including Commercial, Institutional, Transportation, Healthcare, Industrial and Municipal developments. Responsibilities:

• Provide design support to Project Architects and Interior Designers.
• Produce BIM models and drawings.
• Preparation of plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, perspectives and renderings.
• Develop and catalog Revit BIM Families.
• Work with project team to execute projects on time and on budget
• Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts
• Compile drawings into plan set, organize and manage the Sheet Index throughout all phases of the project
• Participate in design reviews to evaluate design concepts and make corrections to drawings as requested by Project ManagersRequirements:
  • Additional years of experience in AutoCAD Revit and BIM 360 is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proficient in Faro Scene 3D, Trimble RealWorks, Enscape 3D, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and /or other BIM or graphics software is a plusQualities:
