Job Description:

Element has an opportunity for a Failure Analyst who will be primarily responsible for the failure analysis inspections, operations, reporting and consultation services.
Responsibilities
Supervision, conducting and reporting of failure analysis in a fast-paced production laboratoryPresentation of technical work in different platforms, both written and oral in a confident mannerReview technical documents and to construct a suitable scope of workEstimate the work effort required and to help in the commercial breakdown of the workSupervise routine metallographic examinations and review / compose standard reporting comments
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Materials Science or similar fieldMinimum 3 years experience working in the Metallurgy fieldExperience in conducting and reporting of root cause failure analysisExperience in working with SEM / EDS (Scanning Electron Microscopy / Energy Dispersive analysis)Experience working in an ISI 17025 laboratory environmentFlexibility and adaptability to different workloads and roles within the companyLI-SN1
