JOB SUMMARY The Finance and Treasury Analyst will be a key member of the treasury department with a focus on treasury operations, financial analysis and customer service. The analyst will support the Treasury Manager in particular with liquidity management and planning, addressing inbound treasury inquiries and special projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Primary operational responsibility for daily cash positioning, in-house banking, cash pooling and liquidity management. This role requires familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Excel, , corporate financial systems, and a keen attention to details
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to maintain the quality, efficiency and overall effectiveness of the treasury function and systems
  • Generate financial reports for monthly close responsibilities and ad-hoc reports for executive management, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Treasurer, or others.
  • Monitoring outstanding treasury requests to ensure the department maintains a focus on customer service and stays within the prescribed timelines to address requests. These requests may include time-sensitive payments, treasury-oriented information requests, bank account updates, system access issues, and other treasury-related matters
  • Support the Treasury Manager in maintaining current treasury records and controls.
  • Work collaboratively and collegially with other associates to advance company initiatives
  • Assist treasury leadership in various special projects and other requirements including, but not limited to:
    • Serve as a business partner to operational departments to support key business decisions associated with cash management and forecasting
    • Assist in accounting, treasury, and industry research as needed
    • Assist with other duties as assigned.

      • In this position, associate has access to confidential and proprietary Company information and must maintain confidentiality/privacy of all materials QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Excel, Power BI and other analytic tools a plus. Desire an Associate with an orientation to finding new tools or technologies to improve processes. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day; and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels. TRAVEL REQUIRED Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
