    How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

    Job Description Summary:
    • Prepare the permit matrix at the very ear;y stage of the project development, working with municipalities, counties and consultants to identify all applicable permits, proper zoning and exemptions that will be required for the project
    • Assist the BD in land selection owning and developing the land selection checklist tool.
    • Own and follow up all actions related to permits through the project and ensure that proper realistic assumption are made in terms of budget, schedule of getting permits.
    • Compile folders, documents, drawings, structural calculations, RF reports and applications for zoning and building and any applicable permit submittals.
    • Work closely with all 3rd party and internal stakeholders to ensure proper licensing and registration requirements are met at a company level.
    • Inspect certifications for authenticity and adherence to FAA regulations when applicable.
    • Fulfill with all company policies/procedures, safety requirements, and customer requirements.
    • Monitor procurement, manufacturing and construction processes for compliance with quality and current for product integrity.
    • Support compliance initiatives including audit readiness program, and quality improvement plans.
    • Investigate inspection findings with regulatory implications, prepare comprehensive report for senior leadership, and develop targeted mitigation plans.
    • Participate in audits of departments to evaluate ISO compliance, accuracy and reliability of documents, and identify areas of improvement.
    • Assist project manager in obtaining necessary project deliverable approvals as per PMO guidelines.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
      • Knowledge of either Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
      • Familiar with the range of technologies (compression, refrigeration, purification, instrumentation, electrical, controls etc) in use by major industrial gas suppliers at the ASUs, Large On-Site, H2/He Filling Facilities and LCO2/Dry Ice Plants.
      • At least 5 years of progressively responsible industry experience in Permt Management
      • Ideal candidate will have experience with managing projects from cradle to grave and understand all of the related challenges in the entire project life cycle
      • General knowledge of engineering disciplines and industrial gas plants operation & maintenance
      • Ability to travel 20-33%


        Preferred Qualifications

        • Very good knowledge of project management methodology tools and techniques. Ideally PMI certified
        • Experience in working with EPC, Engineering, Procurement groups and Construction Contractors
        • Technical background in industrial gas, industrial projects, ideally in ASUs, Large On-Site, H2/He Filling Facilities and LCO2/Dry Ice Plants.
