Responsibilities
Performs routine maintenance duties including maintaining all filters, maintenance on air conditioning, mechanical kitchen, elevators, etc. -All work Repairs are performed under supervision by qualified personnel.

Position Responsibilities:
-1. Performs assigned basic preventative maintenance work according to health system standards ensuring all instructions are followed and that each step is fully executed. - - - - -2. Responds promptly to sort calls; diagnoses the failure; makes required Repairs. - - - - -3. Develops and demonstrates personal knowledge of proper basic troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and control system problems. - - - - -4. Adheres to safety standards by promoting a safe work environment through attending safety committees, training, and verifying all safety concerns are addressed - - - - -5. May be required to work extended hours in case of an emergency
Qualifications
Education Requirement:
*High School Diploma/GED

Skills Required: -
*Basic carpentry, mechanical, and air filtration knowledge*Computer literate*Must have ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
*Physical abilities; such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, and squatting
