Application Support Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team remotely in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:

Check and assign new trouble tickets to the appropriate groups or individuals
Perform data collection and troubleshooting for issues affecting the Paper Record Tracking (PRT) system
Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with the software vendor and keep stakeholders informed

Qualifications:

Two plus years of IT-related experience
Experience with Military Health Systems or Defense Health Agency is a plus
Experience analyzing help desk tickets and assigning priority
Experience troubleshooting proprietary applications or records management systems is a plus
US Citizenship is required for the DoD Public Trust Clearance and CAC
