Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs,
electrical work, and equipment inspections.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and office spaces
according to company standards.
- Sweep, mop
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and environmentally
friendly manner.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the
appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe
working environment.
- Raking Sand volleyball courtsQualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial work
preferred.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various
weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
