THE ROLE: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile RV Inventory Assistant and Back-Up Receptionist to join our team. This dual-role position requires an individual who can effectively manage RV inventory tasks, including checking in new units, and taking and posting photos, while providing exceptional front-desk support when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



* Assist in the accurate recording and maintenance of RV inventory.

* Check in all new RV units, ensuring they are properly documented and entered into the inventory system.

* Coordinate with the sales team to update inventory records based on sales and new acquisitions.

* Prepare and manage inventory reports for management review.

* Assist in the organization and upkeep of the RV lot, ensuring vehicles are properly labeled and positioned.

* Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying potential shortages or excesses.


Photography and Online Posting:



* Take high-quality photos of all new RV units upon arrival.

* Edit and post photos on the company website and other online platforms.

* Ensure that all online listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.


Reception Duties:



* Serve as the back-up receptionist, providing coverage during breaks, absences, or peak periods.

* Greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner.

* Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.

* Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.

* Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar.

* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.


WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE



* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or inventory management is a plus.

* Previous experience in inventory management, administrative support, or receptionist roles preferred.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory management software.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
