As a Material Handler/Forklift Operator you will:
Move and store finished goods and raw materials, including loading
products per customer orders
Unload heavy containers and feed materials to the production
line
Load scrap metal and maintain forklift equipment
Power wash tractors and assist in various production tasks as
needed
Ensure all materials are handled according to Good Manufacturing
Practices and housekeeping procedures
Maintain accurate records of transactions and product scanning
Load finished goods for shipment to customers using industrial
trucks/material handling devices
Report any safety issues and maintain clean, orderly warehouse
conditions
Adhere to ISO standards and report damage to units when
necessary
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and
Manager
This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years of experience operating a 5K lbs forklift
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication,
division)
A high school diploma or GED
1 year of previous assembler experience in a manufacturing
environment
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Physical ability to handle prolonged standing, bending, lifting,
and moving materials
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
