Job Description:

Title: Instrumentational/Electrical Designer

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Houston site)
Duration: 6 Months CTH
Payrate: $40/hr - $50/hr

Day to day:
Assisting cross-functionally with other teams, designing panels as needed. Assisting the high-value center
Supporting approximately 3-5 projects at a time
Mostly on the design side
Surveying sites alone
Taking pictures of system cabinets, and writings and then taking these pics back and marking up AutoCAD drawings with enhancements/additions.
Working with engineers to figure out final drawings and schematics
Assisting the fab shop and Designing panels as needed

Requirements:
Understand wiring/electrical equipment
Proficient in AutoCAD- Panel assembly
I&E design
Looking for someone who has some versatility in their experience
Experience in oil & gas, onshore gas processing, hydrocarbon storage and transportation, chemical.
Small/Medium project lead experience preferred.
