Senior Jira Consultant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Jira Consultant who will manage and optimize the Jira platform for project management and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure all Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence
Customize Jira Service Desk projects and integrate with Active Directory
Develop reports, dashboards, and troubleshoot Jira-related issues

Required Qualifications

Degree in computer science or a related field
Experience with VMware/Veeam and SharePoint
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID
Experience in end-user support, particularly with laptop troubleshooting
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Desk
