Estimator / Inside Sales Representative Altamira Material Solutions is the industry leader in PTFE molding, paste extrusion, plastics machining, and fabrication. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Estimator / Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. This is an onsite position at our offices located in NW Houston inside the Northwest Industrial Center.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Estimator/Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities. Working collaboratively with various teams, the Estimator/ISR handles account management, proactive outreach, cross-selling, and providing product information, pricing, and technical support. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Introducing sealing solutions and polymer materials to prospects and clients.
• Developing new customer opportunities with Sales Management.
• Processing quotes, orders, and RFQs within the ERP system.
• Conducting outbound communication to identify opportunities and key decision-makers.
• Addressing product inquiries and specifications.
• Utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage activities, contacts, and opportunities.
• Following up on website inquiries and leads.
• Assisting in pricing negotiations and deal structuring.
• Supporting data analytics and updating commercial reports.
• Other duties as assigned by managementJob Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field highly desired
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry required
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and selling techniques.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing quotes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a professional demeanor.
