In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production operations-ensuring we hit our goals, uphold our standards, and continue building a high-performance culture.--What You'll DoLead a team of production personnel, assigning tasks, coaching performance, and maintaining accountability.Drive productivity, quality, and safety by clearly communicating expectations and resolving challenges in real time.Ensure your team is trained, engaged, and equipped to succeed.Collaborate across shifts and departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent output.Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and supporting optimization projects.Enforce 5S and workplace safety standards-creating a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.Support company initiatives and help shape a culture of excellence, reliability, and respect.What You BringRequiredHigh School Diploma or GED5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing settingProven experience effectively leading large teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, confidence on the floor, and a hands-on leadership styleU.S. Person status (per 22 C.F.R.) for Export Control CompliancePreferredBachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or related fieldBackground in aerospace, medical device, life sciences, or wire & cable manufacturingFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies--Work Environment & Physical RequirementsManufacturing floor setting with exposure to moving machinery, moderate noise, and airborne particlesUse of PPE required (safety glasses and steel-toe shoes)Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting up to 35 lbs and bending or kneelingOccasional weekend work or travel to local sites may be requiredWhy Join Evantic?--At Evantic, you'll be part of a team that's serious about quality, safety, and continuous improvement-but never at the expense of people.
