fast-paced environment? Grocery Services is seeking an Inventory
Manager to support and strengthen operations across our growing
retail organization. In this role, you’ll take ownership of core
inventory functions, including cost control, audits,
reconciliations, shrink reduction, and process optimization. You’ll
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to
ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong
financial controls across the Retail Division. If you’re

accountability, we’d love to meet you! Job Summary: The Inventory
Manager is responsible for monitoring and maintaining optimal
inventory levels across assigned store locations, with a focus on
ensuring WIC-eligible products are available, properly rotated, and
compliant with health and safety standards. This position plays a
vital role in supporting daily store operations by coordinating
inventory movement, conducting audits, and promoting best practices
to minimize shrink and enhance the customer experience. Key
Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
across multiple store locations. • Ensure timely replenishment of
high-priority items, including all WIC-eligible products. • Conduct
routine audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to
identify discrepancies and reduce shrink. • Collaborate with Store
Directors, Warehouse team, and Vendors to improve inventory flow
and communication. • Ensure all inventory complies with company,
health, safety, and WIC regulations. • Track and analyze
slow-moving or excess stock and make recommendations for
resolution. • Support seasonal inventory planning, promotional
adjustments, and product transitions. • Maintain accurate records
using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. • Train and
support store staff on inventory control processes and procedures.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and
accuracy. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent required;
associate degree preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in
inventory management, stock control, or related role, preferably in
the grocery retail industry. • Familiarity with WIC programs and
eligible product standards preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft
Excel and NetSuite experience required. • Strong organizational
skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. •
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and
prioritize tasks. • Willingness to travel between store locations
across Texas as needed. • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
