We are seeking talented professionals to specifically recruit locums, Physicians, RN, NP, PA, and other clinicians on a national basis. Though our firm is smaller, we offer an excellent opportunity that larger firms simply are not! You will have the flexibility to create a top-notch team and build an organization. Job Details: The Sales Executive will research, develop a strategy to target ( low hanging, mid term and long term ) prospects, build a pipeline, and close contracts with Hospitals and Clinics. Sales Exe will be responsible to maintain and develop accounts and will do overall account management role, development of accounts, mining and increase the job orders and projecting specialty demand with the account. Knowledge of industry and market trends will benefit the ideal candidate in identifying top accounts, forecasting opportunities, and consulting with clients. Job Duties: --- Develop sales plan in making cold calls to segmented clients with Healthcare throughout the US. --- Utilizes market available data to go after prospects. Should have done earlier cold calls and developed accounts from scratch.--- Work with internal recruiters to ensure candidates meet client needs and fit the culture of the organization. --- Develop strong account management practices and also has good relationship development skills in serving the account. --- Sustains a professional demeanor in a team environment, even under stressful conditions --- Maintains regular contact with active clients to identify current recruitment needs and requirements, anticipated openings, and possible new business prospects --- Negotiates contract and commercials with clients and legal counsel to make sure firms interests are protected. --- Builds and develops relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, and business development leads --- Maintain databases regarding status of prospects and should have used CRM tools like hubspot etc. --- Performs other duties as assigned. Prefer someone who has a roledex of clients. Qualifications: --- 5+ years' experience in healthcare staffing industry is a MUST --- Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations or Healthcare Administration --- Upholds excellent verbal and written skills while maintaining good customer service --- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and browser software. --- Possess a result driven sense of urgency and persistence --- Self-motivates and possesses a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work --- Strong analytical skills --- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Salary Depends Upon Experience plus commissions!
