Job Description:

Inside Sales Representative for Fast Growing B2B Office Supplies and Furniture located near 610 and 290 area. We are growing and looking for energetic, professional and team oriented individuals for our expanding inside sales team. We sell and deliver over 30,000 office essentials like paper, ink & toner, technology items, furniture, break room & cleaning supplies and much MORE throughout Greater Houston and its surrounding areas. We provide:

Job Description

* Generate new business via phone * Mine leads and contact information through a wide range of sources (i.e. purchased lists, internet research, existing customers * Provide pricing, product information, prepare quotes, literature, and samples, etc. to prospects and existing customers * Build and maintain relationships with new customers on a first name basis over the phone * Email new and existing customers about specials and promos to increase sales * Evaluate accounts, assess current operational efficiencies and identify potential opportunities * Set up new accounts in our Order Management System and maintain extensive notes in CRM * Conduct website demos to train new and existing customers how to order via our website

Job Requirements:

* Positive can-do attitude with an outgoing personality * Must be driven, goal oriented, professional, and looking to further career in the industry * Strengths should include being a multi-tasker, meticulous, laser focused and responsible * Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written * Strong background in telephone sales to interact with existing and potential clients * Type at least 35 WPM. (Rapid typing skills are important, as you will be entering information as you speak with clients on the phone) * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point), Some CRM experience preferred (Sales-i, Sales Force, Netsuite), Order Entry * Prior KNOWLEDGE of Office Supply and/or Printing business a BONUS * Some College Education preferred. * Strong organizational, time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks * Have advanced knowledge of functions and related tasks in the area of telemarketing * Supportive 2 Week System & Sales Training Program, Continuous Product & Sales Training * Willingness to sign Non Compete Agreement * Full Time 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday * Position is CONTRACT full time for first 180 days - then can convert to PERMANENT full time employment * Back Ground Check Required

Compensation Plan includes:

* Base Pay * Commission & Incentives
