Professional Sales Position (Houston, Texas)PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS- IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE SKILL PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.You must be a Houston, Texas resident-or surrounding area.A 25 year leading audio video data telecommunication technology systems-house has an immediate opening for a self motivated and creative sales associate. This is a medium to experienced position. However, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the basic foundation, education, experience or related knowledge of professional sales and marketing.This position requires following requirements.You must have:1.You must have a relative great knowledge of Professional Sales.2. Excellent writing and communications skills.3. Skills in generating leads via web search and publications, etc..4. Excellent cold calling skills.5.You must have excellent computer skills -- MS-Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.6.Great web searching skills and organization skills.7.You must be able to develop a great lead strategy and communication strategies.8.You must have the skillful art of eloquent presents as well as excellent client communications both written and verbal.9.You must have the passion in sales and passion to grow in this position.10.You must be able to attend various after hour's business functions.This position will provide you the opportunity to learn and work with new technology;Position1.Work with CEO, Systems Engineers and Manufactures representatives.2.You will learn our business services and how they relate to various industries.3.You will be required to located leads and quality them.4.You will contract potential clients and develop follow up skills plus later closing skills.5.Gather lead specifications RFP (Request for Proposals) etc.6.Learn how formulated and response to formal bids and quotes7.Obtain equipment pricing to formulate proposals8.Work with our staff to place our company on various bid list and associations, mailing list and certifications9.Follow up with sales team10.Work with our staff to develop email marketing, mail outs, and marketing collateral and possible commercials.11.Work with our staff and coordinate the update of company's website, optimization of websiteCompensation:Please note this is a medium to beginner position with a starting minimum base for three months then transition to a 1/2 salary 1/2 commission for three more months then to to a full commission compensation position with potential draws. As you transition your salary / commission will be associated to your quota. Normal annual sales $1 -1.5 million per salesperson and commission potential in the 6 figures.It is imperative that you provide us with you beginning basic minimum monthly salary requirements or we will not review you resume.Applicants not submitting prove of basic knowledge of professional sales and salary requirements will not be considered.
