If you are a dedicated, career-minded and experienced Store Manager with automotive sales experience, let's talk!Cars and Credit Master is currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our Southwest Houston location, directly off the Southwest Freeway feeder near Beltway 8 and 59 / Southwest Freeway.Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and strategic planning for the dealership with respect to sales goals
• Achieve sales volume utilizing all sales channels
• Assist location manager with all management duties including supervision of sales, service, and clerical personnel
  • Implement and execute marketing initiatives so as to maximize their impact and to help meet or exceed sales goals
  • Train and develop employees to advance in their roles and sales skills
    • Identify referral source prospects for dealership, create a strategy to develop relationships with prospects, and monitor and maintain positive referral source relationships
    • Conduct sales meetings to motivate and share successful selling techniques and skills.
    • Develop and enhance customer relationships by establishing, promoting, maintaining excellent customer service with sales operationsQualifications
      • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but a high school diploma is required
      • 3+ years of management experience, preferably automotive dealership
      • 5+ years of sales experience required, preferably automotive dealership
        • Retail Manager or Multi Unit Manager experience preferredThe Perks
