Job Description:
The Global Sales Manager will lead the North American and
International sales teams, focusing on selling low-code application
development solutions and services to organizations ranging from
mid-size to Fortune 100 companies. - - The position is responsible
for managing Account Executives in the US, UK, Japan and Australia.
- As Manager, you will translate the organization's vision,
mission, and values into a meaningful context that can be easily
executed within each regional sales team. - As we scale our
organization to the next level to take advantage of market
opportunities, this leader will utilize past experience in building
and implementing large-scale and successful sales practices to work
closely with our partners, demand generation and product teams to
significantly grow revenues.The ideal candidate will have
previously built out and scaled a direct sales organization. - The
candidate will also need to possess the ability to identify
valuable emerging markets and form sales strategies to keep your
regions competitive and innovative. - In addition to being a strong
leader, coach and mentor, s/he must be an excellent communicator
who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenge of
advancing a sales team, increasing sales and exceeding goals and
