We are the source for award-winning, innovative modular building solutions, remote workforce accommodations, lodging and site-wide services.Currently, ATCO is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for expanding on current client relations and creating new partnerships with clients across the Houston metro area to expand on the rental and sale of ATCO's modular units. This role will execute lease contracts of modular units and ensure customer expectations are met.Key duties of the position include:

  • Pursue and establish partnership with existing and potential new clients.
  • Engage in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, identifying competitive strengths and weaknesses, and effectively managing buyer objections.
  • Generate project paperwork and quotes; effectively execute projects in accordance with all ATCO policies, including review of customer credit applications, contracts, project summaries, customer satisfaction surveys, quote logs and sales funnel.
  • Ensure quality standards/installations and projects meet both client and internal stakeholder requirements
  • Monitor the sales contract workflow; ensure that all contracts are completed by ensuring set-ups of rented and sold units are executed according to agreed terms.
  • Report customer feedback and observations of market needs to the branch.
  • Assist with developing ongoing strategic planning to foster sustainable long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Outside Sales or Operations role, preferably in a modular construction industry. A degree in in Business Administration or similar is preferred. This person will be collaborative, organized, and possess the ability to liaise effectively and professionally with management, vendors, consultants, and co-workers.     • A self-starter with a strong sales background and drive, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
