How You Will Make an Impact
As the Sales Manager, you will build relationships with key
stakeholders, gather business intelligence, and consistently meet
sales goals. Your distinctive insights will promote, direct, and
execute the sales of Frac Sand, Logistics and Last Mile Solutions
to those specific operators and oilfield service companies.
This role may be based in Midland, TX or Houston, TX area with
travel averaging 35%.
Actively foster and manage the success of a portfolio of top tier
assigned Atlas clients
Drive Atlas sales within the designated strategic accounts to a set
Establish yourself and Atlas Energy Solutions as a "Trusted
Advisor" to clients at all levels of client organizations (C-suite,
Exec Management, management) and all stakeholder disciplines
(Management, Operations, Procurement, HSE, etc.) to place Atlas
Energy Solutions as an integral element in future operations.
Understand the strategies, market positions, budgets and goals of
the key accounts and develop offers that deliver greater value to
the clients and Atlas.
Build and conduct executive business reviews, prioritizing customer
needs and improvements to drive value
Negotiate and close renewal and add-on business with decision
makers enabling you to meet or exceed your sales target while
managing monthly requirements
Develop trusted internal and customer relationships to created
win-win sales relationships
Be at the forefront of positioning our customizable logistics and
last mile solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related program (MBA is a
5+ years of sales experience that led to accelerated revenue and
rapid customer expansion.
3 years recent experience in oilfield sales focused on operators
and service providers (well completions experience is a plus)
Formal sales training in SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman,
and other solution selling techniques.
Structure and negotiate agreements/contracts with complex terms to
build strategic partnerships.
