Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best

This Sales Manager will manage the relationship with GE as supplier for aero derivative and heavy duty gas turbine engines. They will work with GE Global Key Account to support the entire business to remain compliant with the agreements while coordinating strategic initiatives to evolve GE/BH relationship. This Manager will act as strategic advisor for all initiatives related to commercial negotiations, operational aspects, contract interpretations and orders with GE. They will interact with all TPS Functions and Business Units to ensure compliance to the agreements and proper set of internal process. They will manage the main communication channel to GE to maintain a productive and effective collaboration.

As the GE Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the main Point of Contact for GE in BH and vice-versa
  • Maintaining a formal Account (GE) strategy and portfolio of key business growth opportunities
  • Driving consistency between the initiatives with GE across TPS organization and keep track of progress on our relationship
  • Coordinating main activities influencing GE relationship across all functions (engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, project...) with the aim of ensuring a successful partnership with GE and the compliance with the agreements
  • Managing to propagate GE agreement awareness across the BH/TPS organization
  • Facilitating the internal cross functional dialogue (GSC/ENG/OTR) around GE related deals
  • Documenting success cases, best practices, misses and deviations from the agreements

    Fuel your passion

    To be successful in this role you will:
    • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • Have proven experience in sales or commercial, project management, product management, finance, risk with GE Gas Turbine products
    • Be available to travel internationally for 10-15% of the time when required
    • Show proven communication and leadership skills, as role is highly visible to senior leadership
