Summer is upon us and Jo Co. is looking for a team player.

Between the swim team, multiple clients in town at the same time, and summer vacation, we are needing assistance showing homes to our clients and writing contracts.

EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

--- Someone that is willing to fully dedicate themselves to our team from now until the end of summer.
--- Someone that has experience showing homes and writing contracts.
--- Someone that is actively licensed with TREC and HAR.
--- Someone that is willing to transfer their license to our brokerage.
--- Someone that professional in appearance and feels comfortable showing homes $500k - $1M.
--- Someone who is willing to host open houses.

HOW WE PAY...
We pay per transaction assisted with, and dispersed through closing, the day of closing.
Commission structure: 3% (1 day of showings) of the net commission if the agent assisted with showings. This increases to 5% if the agent assisted with multiple days of showings. If the agent assisted with writing the contracts, the percentage increases. There are opportunities to be paid up to 10%.
We will pay your brokerage fees and EO insurance.
Please keep in mind you will still be allowed to work your own book of business, and we will not be taking a commission split during the summer while the above agreement is in place. If this sounds like a great fit, apply today!

Responsibilities:

Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal


Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Self-motivation and drive
Technology driven
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
