seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales
growth in a multi-state territory, focusing on Infection
Prevention, Critical Care, Med/Surgical, Oncology, Pediatric, and
Value Analysis Committees. The Regional Sales Manager will work
closely with existing customers to drive more business throughout
their health system or IDN. Also, partnering with your local and
national distributors will quickly identify new targets and
revenue. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to
sell a value proposition based on improving outcomes rather than
price, and a strong drive to succeed. Strong experience working
through large health systems in the designated territory and IDN's
is mandatory. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be

essential functions. DetailsDevelop and execute a sales strategy to
achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned
territory.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
proactive prospecting and networking.Build and maintain strong
relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare
facilities.Collaborate with distribution channel partners to drive
sales growth and achieve mutual goals.Provide product training,
education and support to healthcare professionals and distribution
partners.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,
and market dynamics.Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to manage
opportunities and pipeline. CompetenciesGiven the level of the

Work EnvironmentThe primary work environment is in the office area.

physical demands of this position are typical of office

this position. Required education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of selling experience in Medical Device/Acute
Care
- Demonstrated experience with metrics to drive sales,
proficiency with CRM systems/tools
- Experience selling to Infection Prevention and Critical Care is
a bonus
- Experience selling premium products vs commodity. Selling
Clinical outcomes vs price is a bonus
- Ability to work in a self-motivating, face-paced
results-oriented environment, while maintaining current on latest
technology, identifying new marketing trends.
- Strong team leadership skills including project management,
multi-tasking, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Also, knowledge of
Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state
