Position Overview:Join our dynamic call center team as a dedicated Automotive Business Development Center Agent, where your primary role will be to ensure our valued clients receive top-notch service scheduling for their regular automobile maintenance needs. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our service center and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to schedule regular maintenance appointments, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of automobile maintenance schedules to provide informed suggestions to clients.
  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling to accommodate both client convenience and service center availability.
  • Conduct follow-up and reminder calls to ensure clients are informed and prepared for their appointments.
  • Keep meticulous records of client interactions, appointments, and service requirements.
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of our service offerings to assist clients with inquiries and recommend additional services.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services when appropriate.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the service team for seamless scheduling and service query resolution.
  • Manage and update the client database with precision and attention to detail.Skills and Qualifications
