Real Estate Buyer's Agent - Full Time

Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Buyer's Agent to join our team. You'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Compensation: Full Commission Role with targeted income of $80,000 or more

Responsibilities:

--- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
--- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
--- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
--- Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
--- Spend time each day generating leads to maintain and grow your book of business
--- Host a minimum of two open houses per month to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market

Qualifications:

--- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
--- Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- The agent should bring a database of 100 or more clients - Preferred but not required
--- Active Real Estate License for 1 year or more - Required
