locations across the Midwest and South, we're poised for remarkable
growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3-5 years. Our
mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot,
knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.Your
Role:As a Full-Time Sales Manager at Good Feet Midwest, you'll play
a pivotal role in driving sales and exceeding performance
expectations. You'll focus on maximizing sales and ensuring an
exceptional customer experience. If you have a proven track record
in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for
enhancing people's well-being, join our team and embark on a

For:2+ years of retail/sales experience1+ years of Leadership &

communicationUnderstanding of financial statements and budget

Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory
responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate store operations
to achieve sales and profit goalsCoach and develop team members to
exceed performance expectations and take on new rolesMonitor store
metrics to motivate staff to exceed sales and productivity
goalsMotivate and inspire employees, leading by exampleEnsure an
exceptional customer experienceRecruit, interview, hire, and
onboard top talentManage store operations, including POS
transactions and inventory controlResolve customer
concernsCultivate a premium employer image in your marketWorking
Hours:Weekdays: 10 AM - 6 PM.Saturdays: 9 AM - 5 PM.Sundays: 12 PM
- 4 PM.Saturday contests and lunch incentives.Physical
Qualifications:--Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly
basisAbility to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to
maintain inventoryAbility to work independently in a store during
