Job Description:
We’re seeking a seasoned Lead Inside Sales Agent to convert
1,000 monthly leads (Zillow Flex, Realtor.com VIP, etc.) into
appointments. You'll leverage calls, texts, email, and AI follow-up
systems to grow database sales. Strong performers have leadership
advancement opportunities as we continue scaling our
high-performance multi-city real estate team. Compensation: $55,000
salary plus bonus Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture a growing
database of buyer and seller prospects to maximize long-term
conversion opportunities. - Proactively engage and convert leads
through phone, text, email, and AI-driven follow-up systems to
generate qualified appointments for the sales team. - Collaborate
with team leaders and agents to provide timely updates and ensure
smooth client handoffs. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a
real estate ISA, preferably with online lead sources like Zillow
Flex or Realtor.com VIP. - Exceptional phone and written
communication skills with a persuasive, friendly, and confident
tone. - Strong ability to build rapport quickly and nurture
long-term lead relationships. - Skilled at using CRM platforms
(e.g., Follow Up Boss, CINC, BoomTown) and managing lead follow-up
workflows. - Comfortable making 50 calls per day and following
structured call/text/email cadences. - Ability to identify
motivation, timeline, and key buying/selling criteria during
initial conversations. - Organized, self-disciplined, and
accountable with a strong sense of urgency. - Willingness to follow
scripts while personalizing conversations to maximize conversions.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with lead management tools,
dialers, and AI-assisted follow-up systems. About Company Founded
