Our culture is built on accountability, innovation, and integrity. The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Associate to support continued growth in key U.S. markets. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and wants to build a long-term career in sustainability-focused enterprise sales with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship development. Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial real estate owners, operators, and decision-makers. Deliver polished, data-driven presentations that clearly communicate financial and environmental ROI. Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract execution. Develop strong technical knowledge of LED lighting systems, controls, and sustainability solutions. Prepare accurate proposals, scopes of work, and sales documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless handoff and project execution. Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy. Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Ideal Candidate Profile 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within lighting, construction, energy, or commercial real estate. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation and accountability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle independently. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to preparation and execution excellence. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Location & Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers face-to-face. Candidates should be based in or near one of the following markets: Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Austin), Nashville, TN, or Denver, CO. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based bonus.
