Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating effectively
between customers and service technicians; ensuring the customer's
needs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner while providing
superior customer service. Â This is a rotational position 7 days
on working from 6pm - 6 am, then 7 days off. Â Â Responsible for
answering the phone and talking directly to customer to receive
information concerning the job. Liaise as required with customers
and technicians. Communicate effective and provide superior
customer service Respond promptly and efficiently to customer
inquiries Responsible for dispatching technician and communicating
with customer on ETA. Responsible for entering in tickets in D365
and Work Orders in myMaintenance Understand and comply with all
legal requirements and company policies and procedures, including,
but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance,
Quality and HSES, etc. Financial responsibilities will be
communicated by manager and/or local or global Delegation of
Authority, Â Â when applicable Compliance with all Nabors Policies,
Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance
and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc. Other
duties as assigned LI-JA1 Â High school diploma or equivalent
Organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Expert level Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft
Word skills, phone and filing duties Ability to interpretate and
understand geographic information portrayed on a map. Â Strong
verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Product knowledge with Catwalks, Top Drives and Wrenches Previous
dispatcher experience and/ or experience with drilling equipment.Â

noisy, business office environment. Â
