POSITION SUMMARY As a U.S. Memory Care Associate, you will be responsible for creating the quality of life and experiences for a special group of seniors. Responsiblities include, but are not limited to: Providing assistance to residents with tasks involving grooming and personal hygiene Leading adn encouraging participation in programming and life experiences Attending social outings with residents while ensuring their safety Assisting with all ADL's as outlined in residents' individual care plan Monitors and takes action of changes in residents' condition and recommends adjustments in level of care and services Interacts with residents' families and Community guests Assists with meals and snacks Assists Resident Service Director with weights and vitals Documents residents' records Must be available for evening, weekends, and holidays Must fluently speak, read, and write English Prior experience as a caregiver in an assisted living facility, memory care community or skilled nursiing facility is required.
