Job Description:
As a U.S. Memory Care Medication Technician, you will be
responsible for creating the quality of life and experiences for a
special group of seniors. Your responsiblities include, but are not
limited to: •Ensuring medications are given to residents timely and
per physician's orders •Assisting with all ADL's as outlined in
residents' individual care plan •Monitors and takes action of
changes in residents' condition and recommends adjustments in level
of care and services •Interacts with residents' families and
Community guests •Assists with meals and snacks •Assists Resident
Service Director with weights and vitals •Documents residents'
records •Must be available for evening, weekends, and holidays
•Must fluently speak, read, and write English •Prior experience as
a care giver in an assisted living center, memory care community or
skilled nursing facility is required. U.S. Memory Care is an equal
