We seek a professional, experienced caregiver available to work full time Mon-Fri with alternating weekends (required). Caring for a clients in their homes 1:1 in different locations throughout the Houston Area . Responsibilities Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being. Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication management, and toileting. Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and over-all well being. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas, including laundry and housekeeping tasks. Monitor residents health and report any changes in condition to the agency Administrator. Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times. Assist in daily ambulation as needed. Skills Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Ability to cook nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements. Proficient in maintaining cleanliness and organization within living spaces. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the client, family, co-workers, and agency Administrators. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to lift and assist residents safely while adhering to proper techniques. Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to providing respectful care. Dependable and equipped with reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent availability. Dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a proven ability to consistently honor work schedule commitments
