Run weekly and biweekly payroll for multi-state teams with precision Manage the payroll inbox, resolving employee questions with care and efficiency Partner with field staff to verify hours, deductions, and other critical data Maintain tax jurisdiction records and ensure accurate configurations and filings Handle garnishments, tax remittances, and other compliance-related tasks What You Bring to the Table as the Payroll Analyst: 3 years of hands-on payroll experience Expertise in ADP EV5 or Workforce Now preferred Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for getting it right Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit This is more than just a payroll job - it's a chance to contribute to something big, grow your career, and be part of a global success story.
