Job Details Description What We Are Looking For The engineer
will be involved in a variety of engineering tasks from equipment
qualification, clean-room certification and design; evaluating new
processes for a large laboratory and/or sterile compounding
environment. What You Will Do This position will work under the
guidance and direction of an experienced engineering and quality
team. Performs work assignments of limited scope and difficulty
designed to provide advanced practical application and experience
of theories and principles in the mechanical engineering field.
Apply the principles of science and mathematics to develop
economical solutions to technical problems. Review
mechanical/electrical portions of engineering designs prepared by
Architect-Engineer firms for various systems and facilities.
Demonstrated experience in ISO 14644, CETA cleanrooms Guidance and
HVAC systems for controlled environment facilities. Perform
operations, maintenance, and modifications involving laboratory
equipment following Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Write
operations, maintenance, repair, and special test procedures.
Process engineering change orders and technical documentation.
Provides support in equipment qualification. Conduct system
testing/validation, troubleshooting/investigating equipment/system
failures and interpreting analysis data/technical
drawings/schematics to resolve anomalies and provide written
corrective action. Work shall ensure that facilities operate in a
safe and appropriate manner and comply with all federal, state, and
local codes/regulations. Complies with company policies and all
applicable SOPs; complies with ISO 17025, cGMPs, cGLPs and Quality
Control Guidelines. Who You Are Must have a master’s degree in
engineering or a 4-year degree in engineering technology plus 5
years of experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
Demonstrated proficiency in CAD Design. Experience with Flow
Analysis. Candidates should possess creativity, curiosity,
analytical skills, and attention to detail. Strong communication
skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work well in a
team environment are essential. Certifications: ASQE is a plus Who
