OverviewTRC's Intelligent Grid Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Senior Director (CSSD) with experience in electric and gas utility operations implementing and integrating various grid technology solutions including but not limited to, Operational Technologies, Advanced Metering, DERMS, GIS and ISO/RTO market solutions. ResponsibilitiesThe CSSD is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and the development and maintenance of the customer relationship at a designated client, or clients (Client). The CSSD identifies opportunities at the Client and works with the TRC sales organization and the appropriate Practice Leaders to successfully address and convert into projects the identified opportunities. In that capacity, the CSSD reports to the TRC's IGS sales leadership. The CSSD also has oversight and delivery responsibility for the TRC's IGS portfolio of projects at the Client. The CSSD is the first level of escalation for resolution of delivery issues. In that capacity, the CSSD will assume the role of Program Manager and will report to the TRC PMO. The CSSD is a natural leader who acts as a champion to foster a positive project work environment; and successfully leads the TRC's IGS project teams to accomplish all the project(s) objectives on time and on budget.Excellent communicator, the CSSD develops strong relationships with the key Client stakeholders. He is their trusted advisor. Qualifications

• Previous experience leading and managing large-scale, multifaceted enterprise-wide Operational Technologies Projects in an electric or gas utility environment
• Experience in IT/OT within T&D Organizations
• Demonstrated project manager level experience managing multiple, concurrent software delivery projects.
• Minimum of 10 years program/project management experience with documented experience managing software implementation projects with a $5M project budget or greater.
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills.
• The successful candidate will be fully knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of the project management Body of Knowledge
• Excellent organizational, decision making and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills ranging from addressing C-Level to multiple technical teams
• Ability to self-direct and work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent team building and motivational skills
• Excellent budgeting and financial skills
