Job Description:
ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTIONThe vocational nurse provides
nursing care to patients in an assigned clinical area, under the
supervision of a Nurse Supervisor, or Nurse Coordinator. The LVN
applies clinical nursing knowledge and utilizes demonstrated skills
to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and families according
to legal, organizational, and professional standards. The LVN
identifies priorities and makes judgments concerning basic needs of
multiple patients in order to organize care.Job Title: Licensed

Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $48,143 - $70,652 (Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work

LVN I/II/III - Graduate from an approved vocational nursing
program.Preferred: N/AExperienceRequired:LVN I - 6 months in a
clinical area or successful completion of a KSC LVN Residency
program.LVN II -4-8 years in a clinical areaLVN III -9+ years in a
clinical areaPreferred: N/ALicense(s)Required: LVN I/II/III-
Current and valid Texas LVN licensePreferred: N/ASpecial
SkillsRequired: LVN I/II/III- Able to use equipment and related
supplies for selected patient population for the assigned
clinicalarea.Computer experience.Preferred: LVN I/II/III- Windows
