You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex software applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise and technical leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers.You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our software development projects and contribute to the growth of our Industrial Automation business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and test software applications for Industrial Automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
    • Proficiency in programming languages C++, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesWE VALUE
      • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
      • Experience in developing industrial automation software solutions
      • Experience--with Agile development methodologies
