Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP of Medicare Call Center
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center performance
for Medicare services
Oversee day-to-day call center activities and ensure compliance
with Medicare guidelines
Monitor call center interactions, implement quality control
processes, and address escalated issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred)
10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations,
preferably in call center operations within the Medicare domain
Experience managing staff, including hiring, training, and
performance management
Familiarity with Medicare regulations, policies, and procedures
Experience in managing a large-scale call center with remote
staffing preferred
