Compensation: 90K-110K base + no cap commissions
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid A growing landscaping company is expanding its Business Development team! Our client partners with local landscape care companies-specializing in maintenance, installation, and tree care-to help them thrive.

Through a unique partnership model, they provide business support operations, investment, and operational efficiencies, enabling their partners to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the landscape construction and installation sector


Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners


Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client needs


Stay informed on industry trends, services, and pricing to remain competitive in the market


Support project teams with client communication and coordination during early project stages


Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions



Qualifications

Knowledge of landscape maintenance, gardening, and irrigation practices


Experience in landscape design and managing landscaping projects


Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills


Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


Understanding of horticulture and plant care fundamentals


Background in the landscaping or green industry is a plus


Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or a related field
