As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will participate in a structured program designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of our operations, sales strategies, and leadership principles within the context of our innovative campaign for Frontier Communications in Houston. You will gain hands-on experience across various aspects of our business, preparing you for future management responsibilities within our field-based sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Participate in a comprehensive training program covering door-to-door sales methodologies, team leadership in a field environment, customer relationship management in direct interactions, and business strategy specific to the campaign. Rotate through different functional areas within the Houston D2D team, including field sales observation, team leadership shadowing, customer support coordination, and campaign logistics. Work closely with experienced field managers and mentors to learn best practices in leading sales teams, coaching techniques, and field operations management. Develop a strong understanding of the sales process for Frontier Communications services and effective customer engagement strategies in a residential setting. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies and initiatives within the Houston territory. Learn to analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in field operations and team performance. Develop skills in coaching, motivating, and supporting sales team members in achieving their targets. Participate in projects focused on optimizing sales processes, enhancing customer interactions at the doorstep, and improving team efficiency in the field.
